Coaching

Coaching started as a conversation between two people—someone asking the right questions and someone discovering their own answers.

We teach people how to hold those conversations with skill, structure, and genuine presence. This isn't about copying scripts or following formulas. It's about learning to listen in a way that creates space for real insight, and asking questions that help people see what they couldn't see before. Our students come from all kinds of backgrounds—some are therapists looking to expand their practice, others are managers who want to lead differently, and a few are simply curious about what makes people change.

How we started

In 2023, three practitioners sat in a Dublin café frustrated by training programs that taught theory but not practice.

What makes coaching work?

The best coaches aren't the ones with the most certifications. They're the ones who can sit with uncertainty, who know when to push and when to wait, who understand that change happens in layers, not leaps.

We built our curriculum around that reality. Students practice live sessions from week one, receive feedback on actual conversations, and learn to recognize the subtle shifts that signal real progress.

Practice happens in real time, with real people, facing real challenges.

Learning path structure

Some students join group cohorts where they practice with peers and learn from watching others work. Others prefer individual mentorship, moving at their own pace through recorded sessions and one-on-one feedback.

Why people choose this profession

Siobhan left corporate HR after fifteen years because she was tired of exit interviews that never led to real change. Now she coaches executives through transitions, helping them figure out what they actually want instead of what they think they should want. Rory was a secondary school teacher who realized he was better at asking questions than giving answers—he now works with young adults navigating career uncertainty.

Coaching attracts people who've seen enough of life to know that advice rarely works, but the right question at the right moment can shift everything. It's not a quick path. Most of our students spend eight to twelve months developing their skills before they feel ready to work with paying clients. But the ones who stick with it find something rare: work that actually requires them to be present, to think clearly, and to grow alongside the people they serve.
